I was excited to receive my speaker and when I pair it up and turn the volume up all the way.. it was louder then before! It was amazing sound! But I wouldn’t recommend to turn up all the way.. other then that light weight and perfect size for my desk area.

The exchange process was fairly easy but what I appreciated the most was how amazing the communication was from the company. I have never experienced that before! I received multiple updates regarding my warranty and what step in the process it was at. Everything went so smooth and they were extremely polite and helpful. Customer service is so poor with many companies these days so to find this kind of treatment is above and beyond and I would recommend PowerStick to all friends and family!!

The power stick I received as part of a promotional gift did not work. I reached out to customer service and they walked me through some steps to try. When that didn’t work then sent me a prepaid shipping label to send my defective one back and sent me a new one with the same branding and everything! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service
