Warranty on PowerWireless II

I recently returned a PowerWireless II unit for warranty service. It would not stay turned on. Communication was very good during the process. There were frequent updates to status of return. The PowerWireless II was returned in a reasonable amount of time and now works perfectly. It will charge with the wire and with the wireless function as well. Very pleased with level of support and help during the whole process. PowerStick Rocks!

Never Disappoints

Your lifetime warranty is the reason I think your company and your product is top notch. I was a bit disappointed to notice that my recent replacement did not have an electrical plug so I could charge with a wall charge. I was also sorry to see the new charger did not come with its own travel case. Still, I’m very pleased with my HyperNova charger and it’s superior well made quality and performance.

Average sound quality, can't compete against the JBL Flip 5 or any of the Bose portable speaker devices.

support did response, but wasn't able to fix it.

I returned the Luna player and got it back without explanation. Issue remains the same. Luna doesn't work with Windows 10.
