Ordered my earphones 2 weeks ago, had to pay $15 postage which I assumed was express postage. Despite multiple live chat contacts with your website, tracking with Auspost, complaints to Auspost, I STILL haven’t received my order. How can it take 2 weeks plus to get to Perth?

The product is amazing. its exactly what I wanted. The reason I've given 1 star is the web site said shipment in 1-2days it was over 1 month for shipment and a number of unreturned calls. If the product is on back order you need to say that before I purchase it. Thanks

A common criminal hiding behind a virtual store front petty and should not be allowed to operate an online store or have any customer interaction. I hope nobody else makes the same mistake I have by buying anything from your store
