I also called them a week in as the order hadn't moved and they said the item was new to them and wasn't available but yet the website still showed the item as in stock. It took 2 phone calls before I saw any movement in the order.

I ordered headphones after being told they would come from Sydney and be dispatched within 2 days. Its now four week on and I still haven't received my headphones yet I have been asked to review the product. I would NEVER order from this company again. Where are my headphones??????????????????????????????????????????

I purposely chose MyITHub because they listed the product in stock. It turned out to be a lie. I had to call twice and was eventually told it was a 'new' product for them and has to be ordered in. If you want stuff quick.. go somewhere else.

I have been waiting for 2 and a half weeks now after being sent the wrong item. I have emailed 7 times called 3 times, and am constantly reassured that they will get to the bottom of the problem but my calls are never returned and 18 days later I still do not have the items which I have paid for.

Took 4 days to send order after chasing them. They forgot to send it.
