MyITHub Australia

I was very impressed with the www.myithub.com.au website as it was a breeze to navigate and find the products I was looking for, especially with the effective search capability. The prices were very competitive and purchasing process was easy and efficient. Top five star rating from me.

It would be a big mistake to purchase from this company their stockholding are inaccurate and despite promising a 1-2 day ship my parcel was bought and paid for and failed to ship until 7 days later from their wholesaler as they falsified their stockholdings to get the sale. As a result the item arrived to late to accept deleivery and I had to drive to the other side of Melbourne to pick up the item which somehow mysteriously areived before my delivery. So much for and overnight shipment that was promised from MyItHub when it was discovered they didn't have stock. The overnight shipment took 3 days. BEWARE OF THESE SHONKY FUCKS.

I purchased an item - Plantronic voyager legend bluetooth headset based on the photos advertising it on the myithub website. When the item arrived it did not come with the case shown on the website. I wrote and asked for this to be remedied, but myithub just replied saying "We have rechecked with the supplier, this headset does not come with the case". i.e. too bad. In fact, Plantronics do make a model with this case, sold by myithub. So this is untrue and myithub are ignoring their legal responsibility to actuall supply the item advertised. Not happy

The item I ordered never arrived. I raised a dispute via PayPal. myithub still has not responded. Not impressed.
