over promise and underdeliver. After 4 weeks, the headset never arrived. multiple emails and unmet promises. this company took my money lightening fast.stay away

it was very very late (still not arrived) communications were abysmal and i don't even know which address you ended up sending it to.

Advertised as available immediately but took 2+ weeks to be delivered

I am very unhappy and have shared this with management regarding a purchase I made with the possible more purchases however no one is able to help and everyone tells you to email and no reply from email differently wont be back Very unhappy very poor serivce

The product is not charging and does not want to switch on. No response to my email.
