I had to follow up 3 times on my order only to find out the product I wanted was no longer available. No one called to tell me - they just let me wait and find out the hard way.

My order 24698 took almost a month to arrive and has also been delivered to the incorrect address and State. not happy

It was only in the very fine print that it was saying you needed to buy an additional connector for the phone headset to work. Also put a PO Box in and was accepted but then had to receive emails to say they don't deliver to PO box's, overall unsatisfied with my experience

They charge you a restocking fee of 20% even when the item is brand new.
