I purchased USB-C to HDMI cables and they did not work. While the USB-C and HDMI ends fitted well, they would not project an image onto the projector screen and the screen continued to read “no signal”. It was a waste of money on my part.

Sold us 6 headsets for our Avaya system, didn't bother to tell us we needed additional cables, then failed to ship the cables when we ordered (and paid extra) for them.

Made a mistake though the website and there was no effort to help. Also had a problem with the item and support does not respond.

Ordered the gear online and had delivery of the items. After I opened the box at the customers premise which was a week later is when I realized the security gateway was missing and I wasn’t informed about it. After I emailed is when I got told it’s been shipped out from the warehouse, which by the way I still haven’t received.

You lost my order for more than a week.....and only found it when I rang to chase up shipment! The goods were shown on your website to be in stock. You claim to ship in 1-2days. Yet after 7days, the order was shown to be "Pending Shipment". You promised to call me and advise when you'd ship......you didn't. I received an automated email late the same day to inform me that the goods were shipped. No personal interaction, even after you goofed. How slack. How disinterested you are in client relationships. Nup, you ain't got my vote.
