Phone nowhere near met the description and features claimed by My It Hub website. Tried to return item as unsatisfactory was told as it was Opened could not be returned. Phone did not meet requirements. Service from My It Hub was unacceptable. Terrible experience all round.

I ordered a TL WN821N wireless USB and it never delivered to my address, contacted them and asked what should I do, didn’t get a response. Waste of $30

Ordered some items listed as “In STOCK” on the webpage. 5 Days later the status was still not dispatched i decided to email and find out (as it was outside of business hours). I received a reply stating they were actually not in stock. I received a call and an apology (only after i made the first contact). I informed them that the item was in fact still listed as in stock, and they said they were aware and expected the items soon. Junk service from a junk shop. Never again.
