still not received order after 1 week

It was disappointing to get delivery of a headset for Cisco 7942 with out the necessary cable. So 2 orders and 2 delivery fees! Not good. It should be sold as a kit to avoid the double ordering.

Do not use this company. They are rude and disrespectful.

I don't do ratings. I complain if you get it won't, or I come back and order again if you do it right. Simple. You get the lowest for asking for a review. STOP IT.
