Was not initially told that the item I ordered was actually on backorder, and that it would be a month before I received it. Especially bad as the page said the product was in stock and would take a maximum of 2 days to ship. Customer service on the other hand was very good, hence the second star. Funny enough, the product I bought appears to be non-functional, so I might be calling back soon.

Order on a Sunday with 1-2days shipping and in stock, shipped on a Friday, project dead line was Thursday and I got it Monday

I paid $12 postage on a $4.95 item on the 30th of December, and it was indicated that the item would ship in 1-2 business days. I got in touch on the 9th of January and it looks like someone forgot to send my order! Pretty disappointing that I ended up waiting an extra working week for the item. Customer communication was fairly confusing and unprofessional. The only saving grace is that the item worked fine once I finally received it.

The web site said ships in 1-2 business days - in fact it took a week. It also said the items purchased were in stock but this would appear not to have been so as the order was despatched in two parts - the second part took 12 days from time of order to reach me. The reason I have given two stars rather than one is that the correct items eventually arrived and the price was reasonable.
