Recently We have place order which gone to backorder which we identify after following up with only customer team. The product came after 10 days. If they advise us before our follow up, it can help us to provide ETA to our end user. Chirag

I received my headset almost a week late. Which is not awesome as I work in reception and answer most of the calls for the business. The delay inconvenienced me seriously.

Still waiting for product to arrive. order number 25129 ordered on 15 August

Website available now, after the order I made contact a few days later and they didn't have it in stock. I had to wait over 2 months for my order to arrive. Disappointing as this was the first time I tried them.

Slow deivery.. also cheaper elsewhere
