We received the product in a timely manner, thank you however we are unable to set it up and when we asked for help we have been ignored. Our questions was simply whether we may have bought the wrong version of the product for the purpose for which we need to use it and are still waiting for a reply. Product still sitting on desk unused. Disappointed.

EXPECTING THUNDERBOLT 3, GOT USB-C – DOES NOT WORK

Got told several different things about how and when the product would be delivered. None of which turned out to be the actual delivery day.

I ordered a Grandstream GXP1610 VOIP phone on a Monday afternoon around 4pm. I was told it would take 1-2 business days delivery. There was an attempted delivery one week later. It then took a further 2 days for deliver company (Toll) to locate my package and agree a time for me to collect. Delivery charge was 24 dollars. No problem with product but feel really quite unhappy with delivery charge given I collected it in the end a week after it said it would be delivered.
