Customer service was dismissive and arrogant when query was made regarding quality of product and packaging. I don’t need to shop here again.

Initial order went "missing" however a staff member personally delivered after I had to chase both yourselves & the delivery company

I do not what is happening but i do not have the item yet. At lest the customer services is picking up the phone and hopefully is trying to solve the problem Hopefully i ll get the item soon

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I placed an order 9 days ago and called because it had not arrived, I know have an email saying it has been despatched, and will be delivered 26/5. I only hope it comes . That would be 15 days after I placed the order. No one has called to explain the hold up. It’s states delivery in 1-2 bus days Very disappointed
