did not send until I followed up twice

Can't fault the product or the prices, having to call them to find out why after four days it had yet to be dispatched was concerning

I ordered 2 telephone headsets, the prices and product range were excellent and delivery was next day (unbelievable for regional Queensland). A few days after delivery I called to discuss options for one of the headsets, the operator was very hard to understand, had no idea of the product I was referring to and just kept telling me he needed to know what phone it was connected to (had no relevance to my query). I asked if it would be easier if I submitted my question on their website, he said he would have to look into it and get back to me. Then the line went dead, he had hung up on me with no idea who I was, my order details or my phone number. Won’t be ordering from this site again.

Delivery on phones were good. Delivery on VVX expansion modules and VVX wallmount bracket took 7 - 10 days. That is o.k. however the wallmount bracket is of no use to us and not what we ordered. We ordered this (http://www.ipphone-warehouse.com/polycom-vvx-wall-mount-bracket-kit-p/2200-44514-001-single.htm) Another description of it is this: (http://support.polycom.com/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/products/voice/VVX300_400_500_600_WallmountInstructions_UCS_4_1_4.pdf ) What we got delivered from Westcon is 2200-17543 -001 which is not the same and of little use in a wallmount reception requirement.
