Delivery has been slow both times I have ordered with you.

Headset is good now I finally got it working. A link to the Sennheiser Compatibility Guide on the ordering site would be helpful - I needed a different cable to connect it. It would be helpful to know this earlier.

The order was missed out at the beginning. But fortunately your sales solved this after I contactted with him and it was not urgent for me. Suggest to review your online order process and avoid this happen again. Thanks!

Delivery took quite some time, and I had to follow up on the order.

Ordered a product. But order status wasn't updated and only showed pending shipment even the the order was shipped. Adjust this and I suspect a better star rating.
