Product fine and prices are fine but delivery lead time is too long

Took a few days before it was dispatched.

I ordered two Plantronics bluetooth conference phones and whilst the ordering process was easy, the shipping/delivery was poor, with the goods taking 10 days to be delivered from despatch, a total of 17 days after the order was placed.

Ordering on the Website was fine but after almost a week of nothing being despatched I had to ring to find out what was happening. It was then delivered the next day.

Service was good. Responded to queries. Delivery was not as expected due to part of the order not being in stock (wasn't identified at ordering).
