Was told item was in stock, but it wasn’t.

Good buying experience.

I purchased items listed as in stock expecting them to arrive within a.few days. When they didn't arrive I checked my order online. The order wasn't listed in my order history. I enquired by email and was told there were supply delays. So there are multiple issues: - Buggy order history - False stock status - no delivery tracking - Confusion as to which site I am dealing with - Overpriced delivery

The service was very good and quick delivery. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of sound of the earpiece. five stars for service. three stars for product.
