Shipping tool about a week which is slow considering the shipping states were very close. The deceptive item is shipped stopped me from canceling order to get from different seller for same price 2 day shipping. If free means waiting a week give the opportunity to pay for shipping. The world moves a little faster now. Will not order from them anymore.

Worst customer service ever. Never responded to my 4 voicemails and 3 emails. It took 14 days to get to its location. 9 days after it was supposed to. Will never order from this site again

i bough the item because i was thinking that you everything in the photo was INCLUDED but was not just recieve the tool box but not the bottle cage . i send an email regarding this an no boddy answer me . thanks for a fake and for the expensive price .

Sucks !!! Is a lie

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I was provided a tracking number but all it shows that the order supposed to be shipped on October 18 2017, today is October 27 and no shipping updates available. I called customer service and they were not able to help me. I send an email and didn't get any response.
