very disappointed
When I received the travel kit one of the bottles must have opened and spilled on to the other items in the bag and it also spread throughout the plastic travel bag it came in. Since the package had no invoice with an address for me to return the item, I called customer service to obtain the return information. When I spoke with the rep on 10/11, he guaranteed me that someone would get back to me within 24 hours with a return address and a refund. Two separate trouble tickets were issued, one on 10/11 and another on 10/13. The trouble ticket showed and still shows that the status is in process but I still have not received any call in reference to the return address or refund. I even called the rep on 10/17 that I originally spoke and left a lengthy message on his voice mail. I am literally sitting here with damaged goods while MassGenie has my money. I have disputed this issue with my bank and I’m sorry it had to go that far, but it was inevitable because there has been no communication on your part.
