Lorex UAT

The tech had no idea why my cameras are bleeding fleeting black and white ghost images lightly thru each others pictures. Even when he tapped into my system and saw them ,he really did not have enough knowledge to analyze the situation. My deceased engineer father could have done a better job than your tech guy. He was nice but you gotta be more than nuce.

On June 4th I returned for replacement. NVR Model# N862A6BZ. Todays date is June 16 2021. Leaving my place unprotected. Little slow to suit me. Please check.

Very easy purchase . ships quick . nice product. as long as you dont have to call for tech support or have warranty issue... (seems as if your talking to someone overseas) The the worst AFTER the sale service i have ever seen in my 50 years

Love the technology and online ordering and returns are a breeze. That said if you aren’t sure exactly what you need the customer service is clueless. I’d love to buy a whole set up but probably won’t since the customer service people do t seem to know anything and are very hard to understand.
