when your in a hurry to get the licenses it doesnt work too well

Got what was needed however customer support via email wasn't the best making next purchase open to other companies.

Simple order. Provide me a license key. Billing only. Took 4 days. Probably it's Cisco that delayed things...so I say okay.

Ordered product, paid for product. Two weeks had to call about delivery and was told back ordered and would ship 2nd week of December. still has not shipped. Poor service.

Equipment was listed in stock and I placed an order. got a message next day that they were not in stock. Checked back a week later - website indicated in stock, but I verified - nope. I will stop doing business with a company when their "in stock" statements are incorrect. My call should have been an indicator that the data should be updated. Hopefully an oversight, possibly not.
