If I could rate lower than 1-Star, I would. Company advertised incorrect specs on their website for a particular switch. I notified them of the error after I received the product and found that it wasn't what was advertised. Not only would they not refund the price, but they also refused to even give store credit. Buyer beware!! I will never do business with this company again.

Defective switches were received, returned and as yet have not received credit.

I am waiting for my Refund because my laptop is not compatible with the warranty

Hummingbird Networks can uses some help with their customer service. I placed an order for (10) battery back-ups for our retail stores. I used my company credit card to make the purchase. I received an email acknowledging the order but needing credit card verification. I followed up two days later and I was told that they were waiting on credit card confirmation. I followed up two days after that and was told the same information - waiting for credit card verification. Three days later I made a third follow up call. This time I was told that zip code I provided for the credit card was incorrect and I need to have the bank that issued the credit card to provide them with the correct zip code for the credit card. No info on how that can be accomplished, since it is the correct zip code. What really was going on was the credit card company declined the purchase because it looked suspicious, I spoke withe the credit card company and they allowed the transaction to go through. I then got an email from Hummingbird Networks that the order was cancelled, the battery back-ups were now out of stock and they did not know when they will be in stock again. Two days later I went on-line with Hummingbird Networks and found the battery back-ups are in stock, but Amazon had the came items in stock at the same price so I ended up buying them from Amazon.
