Can’t never get hold of a live person

I purchased a network switch and it never arrived, I spent over $400 and got totally scammed

Ordered product they said was on stock. Turned out it wasn’t but they had a suitable replacement just delayed the shipping which is why I only ordered when i thought it was in stock. The order also included another product they said was the right product for my needs and turned out to be the wrong model. When I asked to return them they said I had to take it up with the vendor. Not a good experience. Won’t buy from them again.

Not what I was expecting. Descriptions states “Tripp Lite USB 3.0 SuperSpeed to DisplayPort DUAL monitor EXTERNAL VIDEO Graphics Card Adapter 4K x - U344-001-DP-4K”. To me, that means the adapter should have 2 (DUAL) external DisplayPorts ports - there is only the - 1-male USB 3.0 SuperSpeed adapter input and 1 - female DisplayPort output port (not Dual).
