Ordered product, paid for product. Two weeks had to call about delivery and was told back ordered and would ship 2nd week of December. still has not shipped. Poor service.

Equipment was listed in stock

Equipment was listed in stock and I placed an order. got a message next day that they were not in stock. Checked back a week later - website indicated in stock, but I verified - nope. I will stop doing business with a company when their "in stock" statements are incorrect. My call should have been an indicator that the data should be updated. Hopefully an oversight, possibly not.

I’ve never had a vendor

I’ve never had a vendor charge our credit card before a product ships, especially when the ship date is known to be a month or more out. I was told Hummingbird always does that but just because it is an established practice doesn’t make it right. No other vendor does that, not even when we order food a day ahead of time.
