I am not at all happy with this purchase. The incorrect item was shipped to me. I am trying to return the item and mow I am being asked to send pictures. You should know which items were shipped. This is all very frustrating.

Had a lot of problem getting ink to recognize in printer.As of these cartridges are working. We will about the rest.
