Very slow shipping

order date Aug 17/23, delivery date Aug 28/23, not very efficient delivery service. Ordered through MyWorld, have not received my cashback amount or shopping points, will notify MyWorld about your omission of of cashback and shopping points on this sale. Can not refer your company to my members of Myworld, until I receive my cashback and shopping points

I ordered a package of two each of the three colors and three back cartridges. I received three of each of the three colors and no black. A fellow by the name of Charlie responded to my complaint by telling me to photograph the cartridges received and the shipping tag that came in the shipping bag. and he would look into it. I thought that was a lot of nonsense and told him so and that I'd keep those sent. I searched the web and found a company that sold re manufactured cartridges. And there prices were lower. So now I'm happy.

I think you do not bother to look at customers profile or buying habits.

Ink leaked from cartridge into plastic bag making quite a mess.
