Not being a real tech savvy person, I was pleased with the way the representative talked to me. He was willing and able to both understand what I wanted and help me understand what I needed and was getting. Later a savvy person told me I had gotten a really good product.

My wife and I recently purchased laptops at the same time. I went with the Macbook and she went with an HP. I have had zero problems except the ones of a new user and every time she receives an update to windows the problems start over.
