The customized MacBook Pro I purchased from GainSaver performed just as a new Apple product would. Unfortunately, after about a year something happened within the battery area; the battery covers came apart. GainSaver very promptly honored its warranty and provided a replacement MacBook Pro of the same model, same configuration, vintage and in like new condition. The replacement continues to do everything one could expect from an Apple product; a terrific piece of equipment. The value received from GainSaver is exceptional from my point of view.
