The customized MacBook Pro I purchased from GainSaver performed just as a new Apple product would. Unfortunately, after about a year something happened within the battery area; the battery covers came apart. GainSaver very promptly honored its warranty and provided a replacement MacBook Pro of the same model, same configuration, vintage and in like new condition. The replacement continues to do everything one could expect from an Apple product; a terrific piece of equipment. The value received from GainSaver is exceptional from my point of view.

After purchasing a new mac laptop several years ago, I needed to replace it prior to starting grad school. I was sold on the brand, but could not afford another new machine--especially not one that would do all that I'd like for it to. After my dad bought a refurbished macbook pro from gainsaver, he recommended that I do the same. That was three years ago and I'm still quite pleased with my laptop. It's got all the bells and whistles I need, and came with the latest OS. I've had some trouble updating to a newer OS, but it hasn't created any real issues for me. I'm so pleased with my laptop that, when my husband started back to school, we again purchased from gainsaver so that he could have his own computer. I not only will use gainsaver again, I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been a Mac user since 2000. My husband's 21" PC based iMac finally gave up on him. I found Gainsavers and ordered an updated model at a fantastic price. It arrived quickly and he has been totally satisfied with it. When I need another computer for myself, I'll definitely check Gainsayers! It comes with a guarantee and all. We couldn't be happier with the computer and the price.

When keeping up with the Jone's becomes a thing of the past, and you really just need a computer that has received tender loving care, and the attention to detail that makes it a great deal, go to Gainsaver.com. I've been on that journey, and now i am so happy that i did. The two computers i now own are as good as new, and are totally problem free.
