Great product in excellent condition

Not totally happy, I originally ordered a computer that you advertised on your website only to hear that it was not available, so had to substitute another computer. Then, when the order arrived I noticed that it only had 8gb of memory when I ordered and paid for 16. So then I called to find out what happened and learned that I can't talk to anyone about my problem, that I had to handle it online only. So I wrote, I asked if I had to pay to return the computer and if I had to pay for the replacement to ship to me and didn't receive any answer. All I learned was that if the computer is damaged in transit to you that I would have to pay for the damage. The computer seems OK that I rec'd but before I could even get back to you before I decided in I wanted to return I rec'd a shipping label that expires in 10 days. So I'm not real happy w/ the way you've handled the order.

The products are always exactly as described. The one time I had a problem is was effortlessly resolved. Helpful tip: when you’re choosing SSD size, go for 1TB or higher. I thought I was saving a lot of money and would be ok with 500MB, and it wasn’t quite enough to cover system + Parallels + DropBox files. Don’t skimp of space.
