The products are always exactly as described. The one time I had a problem is was effortlessly resolved. Helpful tip: when you’re choosing SSD size, go for 1TB or higher. I thought I was saving a lot of money and would be ok with 500MB, and it wasn’t quite enough to cover system + Parallels + DropBox files. Don’t skimp of space.

I was totally satisfied with my original MacBook Pro the first time I purchased one from GainSaver that I bought four more for my kids as they graduated from High School to use for college.
