Gainsaver.com

Thank you for a quality laptop at a good price, I am extremely satisfied with the way it performs, looks, and feels just like new at a reasonable price.

I took a chance on Gainsaver with no prior knowledge of their background other than the reviews online. They have a wide range of laptops to sift through and they offer hardware upgrades when other companies don’t . I purchased one and it was shipped the next day. I received my MacBook Pro a few days later but upon the unboxing and inspection, I noticed that the USB ports were not working. I went to the Gainsaver customer service page and was instructed how to return my laptop and the refund process. I returned it as directed and was able to pick out another one which I received in perfect working order. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend Gainsaver to anyone looking for a refurbished laptop.

2 out of 2! Excellent service and great quality.

customer friendly service, lots to choose from and very competitive prices not to mention the site makes it easy for you to do upgrades before you buy.

This thing looks brand new. There is a slight dent in the stand but it took me a while to notice. The rest of it was perfect. I would have opt for no keyboard and no mouse, or an upgraded keyboard and mouse. This is especially true if you are picky with the keyboard feel. So far the family is loving this new-to-us (and looks new too) iMac!
