Gainsaver.com

I run a small, but busy, design firm. We are very careful to spend wisely when updating our tech, as we have learned that newest is not always what we need to get the job donw. We recently purchased two computers ( late model macbook pro's ) from Gainsaver and after some discussion in the office, we decided that we would be better served by a macbook air and a bit more powerful macbook pro. We requested store-credit-exchanges from Gainsaver and were immediately provided authorization to send the first purchases back and given the option to credit our account automatically online. After sending the original computers back, our account had the credit available to use for our updated purchase. No fuss, super easy. This kind of customer focused flexibility is what makes Gainsaver such a valuable partner for us. When getting the work done is more important than making a vanity purchase, Gainsaver can't be beat.

Arrived right in time for my big event I had

Great value.....and great service. This was my 4th Mac purchase from gain saver and they have delivered again with a quality product . I have a iMac, 2 mac air's and a macbook pro...the lap tops are currently with my 3 college students and they run flawlessly. The only problem I ever had was with my recent purchase... The charger was malfunctioning ...i contracted gain saver and i had a replacement in 3 days.......I will certainly buy again from this organization. Thanks T

My experience with Gainsaver was top notch, and very professional. I had to exchange the 1st macbook, a 15.4 inch if I remember correctly. I sent it back, and they sent me a 14 inch macbook. The exchange was seamless and very quick. I wil buy again from Gainsaver.

I found the service to be all one could ask for. I am satisfied with the product I received and when there was an issue with receiving just what I ordered they were quick to give me a call and let me know of my options.
