The first Laptop was the wrong one, and the second one had issues.

I am very disappointed in this laptop and I am seeking a full refund. It just completely stopped working and locked me out! I brought it to Apple, and was told this laptop was no good and they were unable to fix it. Very disappointed 😡

I cancelled the order before I got it. I call and talked to one of your reps. and they put in a cancelled order so UPS NEVER DELIVERED IT. It took many phone calls and e-mails to get a refund and I was forced to make a second punt, to keep my credit ok. I only got 1/2 the punt. Not 100% like I was told. It’s still showing on my credit report and caused my scores to drop. 30points. I just wanted a newer one that I had ordered. I was going to reorder a newer one but with all this mess there’s no way I’m going to take another chance. Credit reporting agencies still show this on my credit report. I qualified for a mortgage on a new house but this still showing up now puts me out of range for a home loan. I don’t know how you stay in business , treating people this way. I have to hire a credit repair agency to fix this. I wish I had read customer reviews before buying. I might have been more cautious doing business with you.

I ordered a Macbook and laptop sleeve. When the shipment arrived, Gainsaver had forgotten to include the laptop sleeve. When asked to send it, Gainsaver sent a 15" laptop sleeve when my order was for a 13" Macbook. Twice bungling the shipment aside, Gainsaver doesn't include pictures of the laptop sleeves they sell. I realize now that's likely because it has an obnoxiously large Gainsaver logo on it. Essentially Gainsaver asks customers to pay $12 to be a walking billboard for their company. No thanks.
