The computer didn't even last me a year. From the time I unboxed it it was randomly shutting down. I had to replace the charger I was sent because it was generic and broke. I've also since had to replace the battery. The one I was provided couldn't hold a charge for longer than 2 minutes. Spend a couple extra hundred and buy from a different company. It will save you money in the long run

My husband ordered a MacBook for me years ago from Gainsaver and it was great. On his recommendation, I ordered an iMac in October and upgraded it to a 2 TB drive. The computer arrived and the 2 TB did not work. I had to return the computer and opted not to reorder. They gave me store credit, which I did not want. I asked for a refund on November 14th and I have still not received it. I have left messages using their customer care portal and never received anything back besides an automated response. Most times I call and type the extension in of the only person I have ever talked to there, I receive a message saying "Thank you for using our voicemail" but you can not leave a message. I have to call multiple times a day until I reach someone. I followed up on my refund and they said that for "some reason" it didn't go through and that they would reprocess it and I should see the refund within 2-3 days. It has been more than 2-3 days and still no refund. In summation, this one star rating is for not delivering what was promised, horrible customer service and a nightmare that won't seem to end.

I bought a referbished Mac laptop. Had trouble while placing the order, then UPS never delivered it. They sent it back. There is no live customer service option - I’m getting emails, and it’s taking forever to resolve. NO refunds either, which I don’t think is clear anywhere.

I do not recommend this site to buy a Refurbished laptop, 3 months ago I bought a 13 inch Macbook pro on this website and after several weeks of using this laptop I simply let it work. I went 3 times to the technical service 2 times they made it work, but the apple service had warned me that this computer had a problem with the internal HDD cable, but the laptop did not work well it went off and the problem continued. Third time to the technical service of apple and after a diagnosis they decided to completely replace the assy front flex hdd cable damage, until this moment the macbook pro works well let's see later. In conclusion this was a waste of time and money, my recommendation on whether to buy a Refurbished product ensure that this is a certified product, Apple sells through the apple.com website certified and reliable Refurbished products, but if you have the possibility it is Better buy a new one, I do not like to speak badly about anyone but that's what happened, and it's just that other people know before taking any decision, nobody likes that they want to see the face of fool, Thanks and good luck.-:)
