Why’d it break a few weeks after I received it?

You just sent me a new charger.. then a letter on how to return the computer for a refund.. you should give me some type of credit for all the time and energy I spent on getting the computer to charge!

Shipping totally sucks!

Customer service is atrocious. They scammed me out of money, there is all kinds of “fine print loop holes” in this extended warranties and there products break down not long after getting them (multiple times)

I bought a computer for my father. Upon arrival, the computer would not even turn on. He spent several hours on the phone with Apple, and they finally got it up and running for him. Later it shut down and would not turn back on. Thankfully Gainsaver accepted the computer back and I was refunded, however they did not refund the original shipping. I feel I shouldn't have to pay to ship a computer that did not even work.
