Having trouble with product

Is not even worth 550, the computer is totally damaged and I am not very happy what I got.

On 3/31/2016 I received the Mac book I had ordered, I was surprised at the quality, it looked like new, when I turned it on, the battery was dead, i charged it for 2 hours, and started to to try it out. in less than 10 min. the battery was dead. I charged it over night, turned it on and in about 10 minutes the battery was dead, I contacted customer service, (which is not easy to do because they don't have a live person to talk to) I received an e-mail saying I would be contacted within 48 hours, it's been one a week and I was never contacted. now I have a laptop that only works when it's plugged in! I'm afraid to send it back, because off the service sucks!!

MacBook Pro will not power up.

They sent the wrong computer. Very unprofessional, was not notified the computer was out of stock but best believe they took my money.
