Dissatisfied with power cord and no thump drive outlet.

Two hours into my new Mac Pro setup computer needed to be charged. Using the charger caused my new screen to go black. It died. To say the least I call support and sent computer back. I’m waiting to hear from the company on my replacement.

I purchased a supposedly reconditioned Apple Cinema Display that was reportedly in “excellent” condition. When I received it, the stand was bent. This was not damage that happened in shipping as it was well-packaged. It was just poorly evaluated and inaccurately rated. GainSaver politely issued a refund, but I still had to pay $36 in shipping costs. Be careful when ordering supposedly “refurbished” products!

I realize it was “refurbished” but it took 5 minutes to boot up was the first red flag. The spinning rainbow ball was the second. The final straw was when it froze up forcing a hard restart. These issues repeated themselves for the next two days I booted up leading to my returning of the MacBook. Seriously now considering a Surface Pro.
