Overall a decent program, but need to ensure products are not damaged when listed as refurbished.

We did not get the product we requested, you didn't even carry it or bother to tell us. (Additional 16 gb.) You offered a measly $75 rebate -- which doesn't cover what you charged us for the supposed extra 16 BG -- -- and still are taking weeks to post it to our Visa card. When we inquire, you claim it's Visa's fault. Our local hardware store clerk manages that chore in a few days. Your chat representative did his best. And the computer we had to settle for works just fine. Thankful for that. It's why you got two stars instead of 1. Not impressed. It was a big mistake ordering from you guys, we should have vetted you more closely.

No word or excel

Wrong operating system installed. I sent an email asking what can be done to fix it and all I got was return instructions. I would have appreciated it if someone would have contacted me to discuss it.
