IMac delivered on time as promised. All criteria met save for the DVD drive. Had to contact GainSaver to send missing part. Only email contact available but the company beat their 24 hours response time and the missing drive was sent the same day. IMac fully operational upon receipt. Very clean with no scratches or dings. This, late 2013 model replaces my 11 year old Mac at a great price. So far, looks like a good deal. Will sign back in in six months for an update.

It was very informative but a bit tricky to navigate . . .

Gain Saver is an excellent resource for buying refurbished Mac. I've purchased two MacBook Pro's in my history. Both have been exactly what I needed and matched the value with which I purchased them. The first one held up great, and because I purchased it for my last position I had to leave it there. The second I purchased for my own personal use. It has been a work horse! The only issue I've had is that a number of screws that keep the body together have begun to come loose because they were stripped and the dvd drive no longer works. Still, I would go back to GainSaver again.

Gainsaver has been a great asset to and for my business and I will continue to use them in the future.. thanks gainsaver

The mouse that came with the machine was below par but the machine itself is satisfactory indeed.
