We bought a refurbed MacBook Pro and it has been a solid product and worth every penny. The power adapter is not as reliable but then they seem to wear out a lot faster than the computer. Happy with the MacBook Pro.

I Mac works great have problem downloading the CS5 program on this model was a little disappointed that 4 keys are worm a should have been replace the (E-S-Comma-period keys) cost to replace is a round $5.00 a key plus shipping) because I paid for excellent condition. Other than those 2 issues the product is work great. I have been a Mac user for over 25 years and your company offers good computer would by from you again

I am very happy with my “new” MacBook Pro. It came in excellent condition and I am so glad I saved so much money! When you compare specs to some of the new machines at retailers its just ridiculous when gainsaver can take cut the price almost by half and offer upgrades at a fraction of the price. The only hiccup I had was my charger stopped working the first day and I had to await shipping for a new one. They took care of it with no extra charge. Only reason why I don’t give a 5 star, took some of the buzz off trying bum extra battery juice from others while I awaited my replacement. Other than that, my machine is humming along and I am very glad I went with these guys. This was my first purchase from gainsaver but I will surely be back when its time to upgrade again. :) Thanks!
