Gainsaver.com

I just recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Air and it was everything I expected and more. This is the third computer I've purchased here, the first was a MacBook, next a MacBook Pro, and the MacBook Air, my third purchases. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful and the orders are shipped promptly and usually arrive before the estimated delivery date. I shopped a few other sites for used/refurbished Macs and Gainsaver's pricing is competitive and the thing that put them on top for me is being able to configure your computer's hardware to your specs.as other sites offered no such options and some didn't even include the year,(good to know before you buy) in the product description. Whenever anyone asks me where to buy used or refurbished Macs, I send them to GainSaver.

No visible issues thus far. I believe the charger maybe going out because from my experience's with MacBook laptops when you start to see a spark as you plug the adaptor its a sign of it going out. No biggie I have one from my old one I use. The battery life is ok , I believe that had gotten better as the newer ones came out, this model wasn't that good. Overall I'm satisfied with the laptop. I've been buying MacBooks from Gainsaver for years , love this seller.

The first mac that I received didn't turn on. I sent it back and they sent me another one that works great.

bought a 2012 mac book pro from gain saver few weeks back. it has been a very good experience so far. shipping was prompt, it is a clean laptop without a scratch and so far working as expected. Thanks,

Very Happy with the purchase, a couple of white led spots on the screen, not to big a deal, still looks a lot better than my 2008 iMac. Worth $500
