Machine was terrific. However Gainsaver should permit user preference of operating system. Apple no longer makes finding base operating systems an easy chore. I had a 2013 Mac running Catalina. But the machine arrived with High Sierra.

Everything was fine.

Still working with the computer electronics and so far so good. Cosmetically Gainsaver provides a great product. Not one scratch or dent on the computer. It looks brand new. I’m still trying to get the Thunderbolt outlet to show on an external monitor but I’m hoping it’s just user error.

I had an issue with one of the keys on my laptop and my return process was made easy by Gainsaver personal so that I could order a more functional unit.

I love this laptop. When i first got it, some of the registry files were a little wonky and it kept turning off after it reached 145 degrees F. Additionally, any changes away from the default resolution OR turning off the built-in mic would force shut-down as well. After 2 weeks of hardcore research, I was able to strip the MB down to its barren core and repair the problem. COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!! Have to say -- it works better than my last MB, and that badboi came DIRECTLY off the shelf @ $2600! hahaha. I fully intend on sending many more folks to Gainsaver, rather than buying a brand new one for quadruple the price. Thankyou so much!
