Element Case

I did not buy a case recently. I went to your website to see how I could fix the case I bought for my iPhone X. Still waiting to hear back....claim number 24625.

after 2 months of owning the case I dropped the case which broke one of the corners pieces ,I ordered parts for my $200 case which were on the web page , web page said the parts where for my case same model , ordered 3 sets of corner pieces for a iPhone 5 ,, got the parts in "NO GOOD" so I called Well let me say this after talking to the young woman for about a min all she could tell me that there were 2 models for the iPhone 5 and the web page sold parts which were available.( doesn't help me out "0") she then informed me that I could send the parts back for a full refund ( that still don't fix the problem "0 help" ) then she told me go back to where I purchased the case they will help me "0 help" For me I will never purchase another case or item from your California base company , at first I liked the case but now duo to the broke parts, bad customer service , bad webpage info, parts not being available , and if they had a NO star rating that's what I would be giving you ..

The case I got did not look the same as the picture. It felt cheap and looked like it was spray painted. I previously had one of your $200 cases and was very impressed but also realized that it didn't provide $200 worth of protection, it protected my phone as well as a $20 case. So I tried a cheaper case from you and was terribly disappointed with it. The case I got, in the $50 range, felt like a $5 case produced in China. It was cheap and looked juvenile. It seems to me your high end cases are overpriced and targeting people who want a status symbol (out of a phone case....?), and your more reasonably priced cases are just junk. Very disappointed.

Great Product/ Horrible customer service

I received the generic email that said “a human will be contacting you soon”. I have yet to hear from anyone about my claim...
