Element Case

I went out on limb and bought a case through element. Instead if my company where my discount is GREATLY more than what I paid with element. But just wasn’t satisfied, tried using their exchange policy was turned down. Case looks awesome, but after it’s discoloration just looks not good at all. Customer service lack luster. Not happy

Really disappointed the way you do the return policy!

I ordered an Element case about a year ago. Within a week when attempting to take it off to clean my phone it snapped in half. I emailed Element CS to get it warranty replace, after being ignored for two months of follow up emails, I finally got a response and was told I needed to pay return shipping and send the old phone case back. Typically when a company’s product fails I get a ups label link sent to me and they pay shipping. I wrote the whole thing off as a loss, never even bothered to return it. I definitely didn’t need another one from them. And I certainly won’t recommend their products to anyone.

Broke within a couple of weeks using it.

The case itself looks really nice but i haven’t had mine for long and the corners where it’s plastic crack off over time
