Element Case

No customer service and no contact after filling out warranty

I’ve been using my case for close to 3 months and the plastic kickstand has already snapped in half and I have to tighten the screws on back clip weekly. I’ve been an advocate for these guys for years. My first Black Ops case was amazing. The one after that, not so much. But this third one is just really abysmal. Sadly this will mark my last purchase from Element Case >_>,

My element case broke almost a month ago. I submitted a warranty claim July18th and have yet to hear back from anyone about it. For what this case cost, the customer support has been underwhelming. I do not recommend purchasing this product

Case is falling apart completely after about 4 months, nice case.. for 4 months.
