Broken Watch housing upon arrival

The product was defective

Received both watch band and phone case. The watch band doesn’t fit and the phone case is just to slick and is nothing but hard plastic. Did return online received email that claims someone will be in touch in 3 business days (please be patient they say) 14 business days later and phone call and still no return email or phone call. Hopefully this happens soon hate to go through the BBB.
