Element Case

I have always bought element cases for their reliability and durability for the last 5 years. But my last two phone upgrades have seen their quality drop.m with a new case each time. Both cases began to fall apart without any agreeaive treatment. Usually the rubber lining or plastic holds go first. My next phone I might look elsewhere but will probably come back to element as they are market leader.

Bought one for an iPhone 8 but the fit ended up messing up my buttons. I originally had the same case for an iPhone 6 ( my phone ) but I upgraded to an 8 and although my 6 Case would have fit ( the same as the new one , and I didn’t know ) unordered a new one specifically for the 8 and it ended up being so tight of a fit that it crushed the side buttons and now I am waiting to have it fixed. Love the product , that’s why I bought a new one , but for what I paid , i expected the fit to be a little better.

Good looking case as you'd expect from Element, but the sides started to peel and separate. Also disappointed with how shallow the bezel was regarding screen protection. I wish it was a little thicker to protect the screen from being cracked. The last three generations for the ion for the iPhone 4,5, and 6 were great and handled it all!

Supposed to protect even when dropped from 10 ft. I dropped mine by accident from my hand to the floor and the corner of my phone cracked.

I’ve been a long time customer of your company. For every iPhone I’ve owned I’ve used only your cases. I absolutely love your products. But having said that. There’s not much selection or variety. Also, the website is consistently getting the 404 error when trying to select from the menu.
