Element Case

Great style, but really difficult to remove for regular cleaning and top edge comes off unintentionally as one of the internal clips is cracking.

I love design and the feel of this Black Ops Case. I have been using their cases for years...however, there's a clear design flaw with the Iphone 8 Plus Black Ops case. The case above the volume bar easily breaks - I am on my second Black Ops, which they sent to me free of charge. However that second one had the same problem...I now just add tape to the top part to ensure that it doesn't come off unexpectedly. I would recommend avoid the Black Ops lineup unless they have addressed this design flaw. The customer service is excellent hence the reason I didn't give them an one-star review.

I was denied a refund on a product I bought.

Case was delivered. Case hasn’t worked since day one. Won’t lock into place at top of phone.
