The product Black Ops case with clip is an awesome product- this case works!!! So 4 out of 5 stars for the product, less a star for the weight with the phone- but all good! I’m a little unhappy with customer care/service because as it turns out the case they sent me was not new or it was a defect out of the box?? I finally got my hands on the product only to discover it had a huge sized pit hole in the bottom right crown? Provided ample photos to verify, but to no avail?! Was very frustrating to try to remedy this as i was pin balled from one rep to the next via email & messanger?? The whole scenario boiled down to customer service telling me to ship it back at my cost of $60+ for shipping ack to the states which I think is unfare considering the item is defective!? Anyway was finally resolved & they gave me a new case at no cost which is very cooL, so all in all awesome & the case itself is excellent & does its job! Cheers Element!

This case is indeed the toughest, coolest looking case I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. It takes drops from several feet, is slim and fits well, and looks amazing. But it has a few issues that need to be addressed. The top and bottom pieces randomly fall off. The top piece in particular will pull off when taking out of my pocket. The case apparently screwed together at one point, now it just snaps together. Not cool for a $200 phone case. I paid to get best in class.
