So helpful on my case and response quite fast

In my case, I received an email advertising a discounted price and the website itself refused to honor that price. The issue apparently was repaired.

The website did not give an option to ship to my military address overseas or to specify USPS for shipping. I got on the chat and after putting the order in the person who helped me changed the shipping address and specified USPS. Although the address wasn't exactly as I specified which I suspect was a limitation of her ability to enter the address into the system. After the order was placed I received a call from another person stating that the order could not be shipped via USPS and requesting another address to ship to. At this point I requested the order be cancelled. However the person said they would check on it and the next day the order status was shipped. The shipment made it to my duty station in Africa in a normal timeframe (19 days). I don't want to give a bad review, but to just note the issues experienced with getting the order sent to my location. v/r

Received the product I ordered but my support request about a shipping refund was never answered.

Shipping was too expensive. One of the power cords I purchased faulty.
